DirtIQ answers
Frequently Asked Questions
What is DirtIQ?
DirtIQ organizes public market context and, for authorized users, parcel evidence, open questions, review, and team decisions in a shared workflow.
Who is DirtIQ for?
DirtIQ is built for custom home builders working in infill markets, including teams evaluating lots and teardown-ready homes.
What does the public explorer show?
The public explorer presents aggregate market signals by ZIP to help visitors narrow a search. It does not show individual parcel details, owner data, tax values, or source URLs.
Does a DirtIQ score prove a parcel is buildable or available?
No. Scores and classifications are prioritization signals, not appraisals, offers, probabilities of success, or buildability, availability, or hazard determinations. Verify decision-critical facts with appropriate sources and professionals.
How does evidence become a team decision?
DirtIQ keeps three steps distinct: a source observation is recorded, a reviewer checks it before it becomes a finding, and the team makes the decision with its reasoning and next action.
How current is the information?
Source coverage and freshness vary. Information may be incomplete, delayed, conflicting, or unavailable; review its source and timing and independently verify facts that matter to a decision.
Can visitors see company parcel research?
No. The public explorer uses aggregate ZIP-level information. Parcel records, evidence review, assignments, and decisions are available only in authorized company workspaces.
How do DirtIQ territory conversations work?
Founding licenses are placed through a hand-sold conversation, not checkout. Availability and written terms are checked before an agreement; licenses are invoiced after the conversation, and no payment is taken on this site.
What is the Wave 1 price and renewal policy?
Wave 1 is a fixed cohort of 30 ZIPs at $995 per ZIP per month for the first 12-month term. At renewal, each ZIP moves to its then-current Recommended Monthly Price. A displayed ZIP or price is not a reservation; availability must be checked before any agreement.
Who operates DirtIQ and how can I get in touch?
DirtIQ LLC operates DirtIQ from The Woodlands, TX. Email zips@dirtiq.tech, or use the builder and lot-owner routes on the contact page.
