Territory licenses
ZIP territory pricing reflects the active CHB tier schedule. A displayed ZIP or price does not reserve territory, establish availability, or start a license.
Registering interest does not reserve territory or start a license. Availability must be checked before an agreement; payments are handled through the hand-sold process.

Founding cohort
The cohort is fixed from the post-guardrail $5,000-and-up recommended-price set. The founding rate is $995 per ZIP per month for the first 12-month term. It applies instead of standard volume pricing for Wave 1 ZIPs; standard tiers apply to ZIPs outside this cohort. Wave 1 and standard ZIPs are quoted separately. Setup fees follow the active tier schedule. Availability must be checked before any agreement; this list is not a reservation.
ZIPs outside Wave 1 are standard full-market portfolio coverage, not prestige-infill inventory. DirtIQ screening signals do not establish buildability, value, parcel availability, or future deal flow.
Pricing is informational. A conversation does not reserve territory or create a license; each ZIP must be checked for availability before any agreement. Renewal pricing for each ZIP becomes its then-current Recommended Monthly Price. Licenses are invoiced after the conversation; no payment is taken on this site.
